Albert Maxwell Goldberg has been involved in the Real Estate & Film Industries since the mid-1970s. He has been licensed in several states for Real Estate, including California, Nevada, and Arizona. He has been involved in transactions both residential, commercial, and land, in California, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, New Mexico, and New York. He has worked heavily in the distressed fields of Foreclosures, REO's, Probate, Bankruptcy Court, and other types of bargain Real Estate.

In the Film Industry he has owned Production Companies, and has been involved in screenwriting, acting, directing, and filming Rock-N-Roll and Country Western Music Videos. He is now involved in feature film projects, by placing film projects with lenders. We do not raise money for film projects. You need to have a minimum of 20% cash down payment to be eligible for consideration for the lenders to fund your film project.

He has always worked under the principles of the Golden Rule, of treating his Customers, Clients, Partners, and Associates as if they were himself.
